Terms of rent
- To rent a car from Gold Rent a Car, you must be at least 25 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
- You must provide a valid credit card at the time of reservation.
- All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card.
- Vehicles are rented on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
- The prices quoted on the website are subject to change without notice.
- All rental cars must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when received, otherwise additional charges may apply.
- Any additional equipment or services requested at the time of reservation (e.g. GPS, child seats, etc.) are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
- Smoking is not allowed in any of our rental cars.
- Any damage or excessive cleaning required upon return of the rental car will result in additional charges.
- The renter is responsible for any fines or penalties incurred while the rental car is in the renter’s possession.
Cancellation policy
- A full refund will be issued if a reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- If the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee of 100 euros will be charged.
- If the customer does not show up for the reserved rental, 50% of the total fee will be charged
Liability
- Gold Rent a Car shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, indirect or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of this website.
- We shall not be liable for any damages or injury, including but not limited to, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the rental car, even if Gold Rent a Car has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Gold Rent a Car shall not be liable for any damage to personal property left in the rental car.
